IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE :
1. The Candidate is advised to visit the test centre well in advance to get the acquaintance with the location of the Test Centre.

2. Hall Ticket shall be produced at the entrance of the Test Centre and also in the Examination Hall, failing which the candidate will not be allowed to write the test. Candidate will be permitted for the examination only after their credentials are verified by the Test centre officials.

3. The candidate will be allowed to carry into the Examination hall (i) Black / Blue Ball Point Pen (ii) TG PGECET – 2026 Hall Ticket (iii) Valid Original Photo Identification Cards (Aadhaar Card / College ID Card / PAN Card / Passport / Voter ID / Driving License).

4. Candidate should reach his / her test center allotted 90 minutes before the commencement of the examination, in order to complete the registration process on time.

5. Candidate will not be permitted into the Examination Hall once the exam commences (i.e. 10.00 AM for Morning Session and 02.00 PM for Afternoon Session) and will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the end of the exam (12.00 NOON for Morning Session and 04.00 PM for Afternoon Session). Candidates will not be allowed into the examination hall even if they are late by a minute.

6. The Candidate should also Sign on the Hall Ticket in the presence of Invigilator.

7. Carefully listen to the instructions given by the Invigilator, follow the screen instruction after login. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions will be entertained during the examination.

8. Candidates are advised to intimate the concerned authorities, in case of computer malfunctioning. The same will be rectified at the earliest Possible.

9. Carrying of Calculators, Mathematical / Log Tables, Pagers, Cell Phones, Wrist-watches or any other Electronic Gadgets and personal belongings into the examination hall is strictly prohibited. In case, the candidate carries any personal belongings, he / she has to keep them outside the examination hall at candidate’s own risk. The authorities of the test centre will not be held responsible for any loss or damage of such items.

10. Adoption of any kind of unfair means and any act of impersonation during the time of test will render the applicant liable for invalidation of candidate’s examination. Further, the candidate will forfeit the claim of appearing for the test and will also make them liable for criminal action.

11. Issue of Hall Ticket and taking the exam, does not guarantee admission for the candidate.

12. Candidates are not allowed to bring loose sheets / blank papers into the examination hall for the purpose of rough work. Sheets for rough work will be provided in the Examination Hall. Candidates are required to fill the necessary data in the space provided in rough work sheets before using it. Candidate is responsible and shall handover this sheets to the invigilator before leaving the examination centre after the end of the examination.

13. All the Entries on sheets supplied by the Convener for the purpose of rough work must be filled correctly. If the candidate writes any irrelevant matter, symbols, religious marks, prayers or identification marks on any part of sheets used for Rough work, it will lead to Malpractice. Failure to do so will make him / her liable for punishment as per norms.

14. The candidate has to pay a fee of Rs.500/- per question to raise Objection on any Question / Preliminary Key. If the Objection raised on a Question / Preliminary Key is Valid, then the amount will be refunded within 7 Days from the date of publishing the final results.

15. After completion of the examination duration the marks secured by the candidate will be displayed on their respective screens according to the preliminary key. However, the TG PGECET-2026 rank will be allotted purely based on the final key.
