Bro i applied grace marks on 14 th November, when i get my number on 15 grace marks list, at the time of applying my sir gave me form -5 instead of form 5-A , does it cause any problem pls tell me sir....

Depends on the no.of pending requests at JNTUH regarding grace marks & exemption.

In your view when we can get sir?? I need urgent requirement, i dont know what to do..can we get pc cmm transcript before original?

Usually 30 to 45 working days. You need to wait , can't do anything right now.
